Ainee ("us", "we", or "our") operates the mobile application (the "Service").

Personal Information We Collect

When you sign up with us or subscribe to any of the paid plans, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address. We also automatically receive your internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

All the chatbot flows and the data collected from your Ainee bot is owned by you and we have no ownership of it.

Use Of Your Personal Information

We use the information to provide and maintain our service. Primarily, Mortgage Information is used to feed the data into our calculator, run the numbers to see if you could benefit from refinancing your mortgage, and if it would be a good strategic option for your finances.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our app (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers interact with the app, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We may use Personal & Device Information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our service, products, services, marketing and your experience. The process for data deletion is as follows:Submit a request using this form.After we receive your request, we will send a second confirmation email to your inbox regarding the data deletion application.Upon receiving your confirmation reply, we will proceed with the data deletion as per your request within 3 business days.
